For small & growing businesses

One less thing
to do by hand.

Repeated tasks. Disconnected tools. Too many AI options. Let’s look at how your work actually gets done and find a useful place to start.

A conversation first. A clear scope before implementation.

Useful systems, sized to the problem

Make the everyday work easier.

Sometimes that’s an AI assistant your customers talk to. Sometimes it’s an automation nobody ever sees. The work comes first; the tools follow.

AI assistants

Help customers and colleagues find answers from your information, with a handoff to a person when needed.

Workflow automation

Connect the steps in intake, follow-ups, reminders, and reporting that your team repeats.

Connected systems

Bring your CRM, inbox, calendar, point of sale, and spreadsheets into the same workflow.

Knowledge systems

Make company documents, procedures, and other useful information easier to search in plain language.

AI communication

Build practical tools for phone intake, customer questions, messages, and follow-up.

Custom tools

Create a purpose-built app, internal tool, or kiosk for a gap your existing software doesn’t fill.

How we’ll work together

A straightforward path
from idea to use.

You don’t need a finished brief. Bring the problem, the questions, and the way things work today.

  1. Introductory call

We talk about what you’re trying to do and whether I can help.

  2. Discovery

We look at the workflow, the people using it, the tools involved, and the constraints that matter.

  3. A clear proposal

We agree on scope, deliverables, costs, and the approach before implementation.

  4. Implementation & training

I build and test the agreed work, then walk you and your team through how to use it.

  5. Optional support

If you’d like ongoing help, we can discuss a support arrangement separately.

Tools chosen with you

Cloud or local AI, configured around your privacy needs, budget, and workflow.

We can explore cloud services in your own provider accounts or, where appropriate, an open-source model on hardware you control. A local setup depends on your needs, the model’s licence, and the available hardware.

Your accounts & access

We’ll use provider accounts in your name and agree on the access I need for the work. We’ll also discuss how each tool handles the information it uses.

Scope & third-party charges

The proposal will distinguish my work from any separately billed software, API usage, hosting, or hardware, and spell out what’s included and what isn’t.

What you retain

Your provider accounts stay in your name. The proposal will specify the configurations, files, and documentation included in the handoff, along with any licence restrictions.

Local processing, where it fits

We’ll check which parts can run locally and which still depend on online services. The setup should be chosen around the actual task and privacy needs.

Selected work

I build the systems
I talk about.

Mika

Custom kiosks

I’m designing kiosks with custom hardware and software. My hands-on hardware work also includes ESP32 development kits.

7 things someone has to remember

    Let’s talk

What’s taking more time than it should?

Tell me a little about your business and the work you’d like help with. We can use that to start a conversation.

No sales sequence. I read these myself and reply personally. (Yes, I see the irony.)
